Call for Students | Join People’s Cultural Forum

“O youth of India! Why do you lie asleep in the slumber of complacency, unaware of the world around you? Rise, open your eyes, and behold—the eastern horizon is already glowing with the crimson light of dawn.” ~Youth, Bhagat Singh

We call on students everywhere to take political readings, cultural sessions and the building mass work to your campuses.

Today, more than ever, the youth are deliberately surrounded by misinformation, hate and shallow political narratives that push them further away from understanding the world around them. To respond to these conditions, the People’s Cultural Forum was started.

We seek to create a space where young people can discuss, question and understand the political, social and cultural realities that shape the world. Through conversations, art, films, literature and cultural activities, we hope to bring politics closer to those who have been pushed away from it. We challenge conservatism, communalism and counter-revolutionary propaganda. We speak of the struggles of all oppressed people.

If you are a student who wishes to move beyond the noise of hyperactive electoral politics and contribute towards building a conscious revolutionary movement, join us.
